Link Building

If you are starting new web site, Its very careful to choose the domain name. Don’t have more than one domain. If you have more than one. Search engine consider that spam and take off from his data base.

Note: URL should be same. Don’t use multiple urls.

Ex: http://sify.com/astrology/ - 1st one

http://sify.com/lifestyle/astrology - 2nd one. Don’t use like these different urls in same page.

While creating URL. Don’t use years, for example “valentine_day_2009″. If used year, then can’t use next year for the same URL. So create as a common URL like “valentine_day” also the URL try to give the underscore between two. Because its also helps bit.

If creating new URL every year. It takes time to come forward to the google search. Used old URL its very easy to come forward. Because it already index in google search.

Note: The URL structure must be followed. Don’t use interval URL structure.
Example:
http://sify.com/sports/cricket/ipl
The spider catch the url step by step like 1st sify.com/ Then take sports then take cricket then comes to ipl page.

If we have empty page on cricket. Then its difficult to index on the page.
example:
http://sify.com/sports/cricket/

The first example have html page but the above one doesn’t have page. The crowlar take till sports. difficult to go till end of the URL one.
